Under normal circumstances, the process of exhausting and releasing water for floor heating is not complicated. We can prepare a container such as a water basin first, and then connect one end of a plastic pipe for drainage to the exhaust valve of the water inlet of the water separator, and place the other end in the water basin. Open the drain valve to release a basin of water, then close and tighten it, and then use the same method to drain the exhaust valve on the water outlet of the water separator. The entire water discharge process does not need to touch any other valve switches. If the floor heating temperature is relatively balanced, this water release method can be carried out 2 to 3 times within a month.
If there is a lot of gas in the floor heating pipeline, it can be treated by grouping drainage. The steps are as follows: close the main valve that controls the return pipe of the water separator, and rotate all the small valves of each group to a closed state (including the water inlet valve). and water outlet valve); open the small valves that control the inlet and return water of the first group of branch pipes, and then unscrew the exhaust valve on the return pipe of the water separator to drain water; observe the water flow changes during the drainage process, if the water flow If it is unstable, it means that the gas inside is not exhausted. When it is seen that the flow rate and flow rate are relatively stable, it means that the gas has been discharged. At this time, lock the exhaust valve, and then close the small water inlet and return water valves at both ends. ; According to the above method, exhaust and drain water for each group of floor heating pipes in turn until all operations are completed. ; Open all the small grouping valves, leaving them all open.
